If the Cowboys win the Super Bowl, who qualifies for a Ring? Does Taco get a ring because he started with the team or how does that work?

Watching it feels like it wasn’t long ago but from where we are as a team now it feels like centuries have passed since then...

Team is so much better as a whole

It was Romo or bust.

Staubach, Aikman and Dak all had/have good teams around them. I don't know if any of them would have had the same success on some of the teams Romo played on.

Romo was pure magic and brought Cowboy fans hope. Romo may be one of the most underrated QBs to ever play the game.

The winning team can typically present rings to whomever they choose, including usually, but not limited to: players (active roster or injured), coaches, trainers, executives, personnel, and general staff. Some teams have given rings to former players and coaches that were on the team at some point during the season, despite not having been on the winning roster for the Super Bowl itself. Sometimes a team will give rings to fans as part of a charity raffle. Teams can distribute any number of rings. A recent trend over the last 15–20 years has been lesser rings awarded to front office staff. These are commonly called "B" and "C" level rings and are smaller and contain fewer diamonds or contain faux diamonds. - Wikipedia
  • Every member of the active roster
  • The coaching staff
  • The entire front office and ownership
  • The cheerleaders get rings depending on ownership's decision. But it has been the tradition lately for cheerleaders to get rings.
  • Injured Reserve and practice squad get rings if their team decides to give them out to them. Usually they do.
  • Also, in some cases, players traded during the season will get them too, if they suited up and played during the regular season. This is also by ownership's decision.
To sum up, the ownership pays for all the rings and decides who receives them.

Romo was another Wince compared to Dak.

Reminds me of that old Hefty trash bags commercial...

sickening ! some of you need a room with a poster

Pure Hating. Why do ya'll hate this former Cowboys Quarterback. Ya'll must have been rooting for him to fail every week, or get hurt, or you simply dont like him for reasons i cant mention even though he was a top Teir Qb.............This is what you tell Dakota critics every day....so it must have been true

Seriously? A franchise record 13 Pro Bowlers surrounded Romo back in 2007. Romo had more talent around him than Staubach, Aikman and have ever had. FACTS

Don't hate Romo at all. Just stating a fact. Romo was like Wince: fragile. You should be happy we finally have a QB who is built like a LB. Don't hate. Appreciate.
