The stupid 57 yard fg on the first possession. Do you know how moronic that is. Thats such a low % kick all for 3 points. Kick the ball and play defense. You gave the vikings free points.

A low % call all around. Just because maher has a sick leg doesn't mean you have to kick it everytime.

I can't get over this.

You have a guy on your team to make plays. This exact type of play.

When the situation comes and that guy has an opportunity to make the type of play you hired him for, you instead tell him tos? do nothing. *** is Austin even on the team for if not for situations like this?

Again, that tells me that Garrett doesn't trust his players. So why would the players trust or respect him? Want to lose.a locked room? Call **** like that!

If Garett can survive throwing the game away on play calls like he did tonight he can survive anything. He has to have pictures of Jerry in a compromised position , there is nothinh else it can be at this point.

Fire Garrett!

All Jerry needs is another head coach to right this ship.

Gailey, Campo, Parcells, Phillips, Garrett....bring on the next scapegoat! :muttley:

Not only that, but Dak showed that he really is one of the best in the 4th. Why not trust him? What that told me is one of two things or a combo.

1. Garrett doesn't trust Dak - if True, then Dak and Cooper really need to make that ultimatum

2. Garrett tries to be clever when he is a moron

I think it's both. I like Dak and Coop. I want them to stay. And I think that's actually their best way to stay and get rid of a coach who doesn't trust them and believe in them.
I think economics affect how the Cowboys play.

Give it to the guy that earns the most money. Behind the well paid OL that is supposed to dominate every down.

Total arrogance.

When it does not work, you get, well, this.

He's just SO conservative that he thinks a fair catch is the right play, regardless of the actual situation. That's Garrett in a nut shell.

Yes, and arrogance has cost this team this season. Arrogance and lack of trust in the team and each other.

Garrett really doesn't do much these days. I doubt he called the plays at the end of the game. Outside of clapping and deciding whether or not to go for it, kick a field goal, or punt.

You can blame him for the slow the starts, lack of preparation by his staff. On the plus side 2nd half adjustments seem to be good just don't know why they can't make them in between drives.

I know. Why not at least say "but if you see bags of room, do give it a run"

I'm a Dak fan and it would not shock em if those plays were a result of him. ITs crazy though it could be Dak's fault or Moore's fault...but somehow Garrett is the scapegoat lol.

It’s dusturbing how much you have been coming to the rescue of Garrett lately.

Zeke isn't Emmitt, but I guess they forgot that even the Great Wall had games where Emmitt averaged 2-3 ypc during the early nineties. We've never fielded a line or a back that could dominate every defense up front and we never will.

You're right, but for one of the few times, he did go talk to Dak and Kellen at the end of the game. Can't remember if it was before the runs or the failed sideline pass to Zeke.
