Even tho I think we'll win, my wife is fixing comfort food. Meatloaf, mashed taters & baked beans.

So did your nephew plan this around the game or is his bride already declaring who's in charge??? Or maybe they knew this week really doesn't matter.

Homemade chili. I blend my own chili spices from Gebhardt's chili powder, toasted cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and ancho chili's. No ground meat for me... I use sirloin.

It is already slow cooking... May have some for breakfast.

;)

Heck yeah, Makes me want to invite myself to breakfast. Nothin like Sirloin Chili.
Go Dallas!!!

Chili, chili, and more chili with saltine crackers with iced tea.
You have to look up the recipe for Alabama firecrackers they're supposed to be great with chili it involves red pepper flakes garlic olive oil can't remember what else but basic saltine crackers soaked in this stuff in a plastic bag overnight and then dried

You should try making Civil War "Hardtack". I make Hardtack for camping trips. It soaks in well with chili. I try to hike at least 6 times per year and the Hardtack keeps forever. If you want to live life on the wild side make a confederate hard "Johnny Cake."

Go Dallas!!!
