I don't have enough knowledge about any of them to suggest either. My point is they ALL got paid and how can you assume to know one way or the other when we don't know them personally.

such a weird psychology.

And I certainly would not have posted it on Twitter or Facebook or wherever the hell he posted it

Living up to what Bennett's rant was about - players being all about money and contracts, and not about winning/legacy.

I get it, football is just a job to most players; but it's sad to me that fans now care about team success more than actual members of that team.

It's good Lawrence got paid. He has more money than I'll make in my lifetime.

Some will disagree with me (the usual suspects who I should block just to avoid their annoyances), I expect it. That's cool. But I miss the players like Aikman, Irvin, Romo, etc who would sacrifice anything for the joy and glory of winning a Super Bowl.

Sometimes I wish I could stop caring about the Dallas Cowboys!

You mean Irvin who was snorting blowing off hookers butt cracks in skeezy hotels?

What these guys do in their spare time is none of your business. Do you expect them to literally have no lives or business outside of the Dallas Cowboys? They're football players, but they're also people with lives, family, hobbies and pursuits off the field.

This is so stupid.

This is your opinion and your entitled to it, but history says that that is not even remotely true about any of them.
I have to disagree…..name ONE player who got his "big payday" that played 1/3 as hard before he got it? I'll wait....And I'm not taking sides here, but back when this was truly about men getting on a fielf and beating the snot out of one another, glory going to the winner, those guys got paid per game played. And it was about 35 bucks a game. Yes I know, loooonng history, those days are done, the day of agents and million $$ contracts is the new thing. Bottom line is, if the NFL, MLB, NBA all just suddenly stopped tomorrow, the sun would still shine, working class stiffs would still head off to earn their pay checks and make the country grow and the world wouldn't come to a stand still....seems like priorities have been sorely misplaced. But hey, he got his payday, do with it as he will, no sweat off my brow....

Furthermore, most if not all players are sacrificing their long term QUALITY OF LIFE and HEALTH for their teams. This sort of post is so self-centered and arrogant it just shows how fans are as ignorant and me-first as the players.

You think so? lol

I mean, assuming anything about these guys passion for the game when they've probably played since peewee is a little wacky to me.

sorry I have a bad habit of being ambiguous when quoting. I agree with you and think him believing he can judge players motivations is strange.

He should be carpooling with a neighbor to the game and getting a job in the off season and all players should have to bring a lunch pail and punch a time clock before the game!

Oh look. Another "outrage" thread by an uncomfortable fan. Bonus that there's commentary about the yore of yesteryear. No, this age will not get off your lawn.

Oh my.

Let Tank enjoy his winnings.

I am jealous.

He is still recovering from that surgery and I think he misses Crawford being gone.

He is one of our best.

No need to lament old players.

We all miss the winning.

I wonder if that’s his house. If so he needs a bigger garage. It already has a car in it.

Despite the sack number criticism he's received Tank has had a hella year especially saving our butts with his run stopping ability. Not many DEs are as good as he is rushing the QB and as a run stopper. He deserves that car and anything else he wants to buy.

Rich people problems..... we all buy cars we can afford, he bought one he can afford. Good for him. Doesn't mean he's not good at his job or doesn't care about winning --to me anyways.

Please tell me you’re not addressing my post, you’d have to be old ** to not pick up on the obvious sarcasm, if not then my apologies
