I agree. Meyer was my choice but McCarthy is ok. It could have been much worse. McCarthy has a winning pedigree. He will be WAY better than Garrett.

What is Urban's track record in the NFL to stress that he would've been better than McCarthy's experience in the NFL? "By miles" come on now, McCarthy has won in this league consistently and you're taking a shot in the dark with the other guy.
