I don’t think any coach could see the improvement in our offense in Moore’s first ever season coaching and calling plays and not feel there’s a place on the team for him. One guy doesn’t create the game plan and implement it during the week. But I’d be shocked if McCarthy wasn’t calling his own plays.
I think it would benefit Moore to work with MM even though I agree MM will call the plays
You still get to learn from another successful coach
Moore hasn’t been around a great number of coaches so he could really benefit from it
And I do think Moore has a future in Dallas
I just get the feeling he will be a guy jerry wants to mold just like he did with Garrett
Hopefully with a bit more success

Would be for that too. But IIRC Colombo got a 3 year deal in 2019. Be curious to see if any coaches still under contract get canned.
If you aren’t keeping them I’d cut ties quickly for their benefit
I suspect next couple of days MM has a staff ready

Wonder if he'll try to get Elliott and Pollard to get their knees up like he used to do. I remember him coming through the line with tacklers trying to figure out what to grab before getting kneed in the helmet. He was also an excellent receiving back and I think the Cowboys have, probably, the best potential duo for that and I still think the surface has been scratched on that and Big Mike loved him some receiving backs.

Whoever it is needs to light a fire under Elliott's ***. No more tapping out. You run and get those yards or you sit and watch your stock drop like a stone.

I might be wrong and this may not be a HC call with the Cowboys but Big Mike strikes me as the guy that sets the rotations and rest for players during a game. I do not recall his players deciding on whether they wanted to be in on plays or not.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I am willing to bet none of them if Jones has his way.

He didn’t get to bring his whole staff so I’d expect some others and glad too. They probably running GBs WCO,or plays from it to our RBs,so you need WCO guys for that. Not sure I’m digging that style for us...might be good just unsure if it will work better. But whatever HC wants ...let him have it. That’s all I care about. Crazy how it was this year,a hodge podge of a staff all going different directions.

Kellen Moore has a playbook?

Pretty sure he stole it from Boise State where the snap count is "one potato, two potato....."

Actually they say the kid has been drawing up plays a long time. Its a hobby?
