Our ST desperately needed help, getting one of the better ST coaches in the league is tremendous. Our team would have won a game last season if our ST was even average.

I'm more optimistic than I have been in a long time when it comes to our coaches.

Nolan is my main concern...........I'm trying to figure out if he was the best option or merely a pay back hire.

I think the worst that can be said of him is that his defenses played to their talent level. When he had players he had top 10 defenses. When he didn't they were mediocre. He never had GM power so you can't hang his roster quality on him.

I am loving the new staff. It seems like none of them are conservative in their approach. We need to take it to teams and I believe all of these guys will do this. Of course, his ability to pick his own staff is a great sign in itself

As long as Mike McCarthy picks the coaching staff we will be ok as long as Jerry stays in his office !

I am beginning to think that Mike McCarthy had his staff picked before hand for any of the teams he was interviewing with. I would not be surprised if part of his pitch to the Jones on his interview was telling Jerry who he was planning to hire as part of his staff. I find it hard to believe that a person could assemble his staff this quickly otherwise.

I especially like the special teams coach as Dallas desperately needs to improve in this area.
