Clear eye view, haterz!
Amazing to me we have so called fans that prefer to criticize rather than praise the slightest positive news.

Jaylon has to be really happy. Congrats.

He has suffered a bunch with the injury and rehab and everybody should be pleased.

But no.

We have to deal with people who never played the game, do not understand the requirements or anything behind the scenes on their cellphone screens.

Please..

Definitive proof that the Pro Bowl means absolutely nothing.

I'll give a tip of the hat to the guys who were selected originally. But being an alternate means nothing more than you were available to play that weekend.

*rolls eyes*

Two of my least favorite dudes on the team.
Two players who played pretty much every game, played hurt and one player was our best WR until the end of the year are two of your 'least favorite dudes on the team'. Goodness we have some spoiled fans. Spoiled for what? I don't know but spoiled nonetheless.

I still wanna know what the coaches were telling Smith that he actually thought he had a "Pro Bowl" year...did he or any of the coaches watch any game film this year?

See thats the MAIN problem with this franchise, players feeling themselves when they have accomplished nothing and the coaches enabling that kind of thinking.

Its the anti- anointing oil thing....truly incredible to watch.

Disgraceful jaylon doesnt deserve a pro bowl with how he played this past year
I'm sure stats rather than review of game film is what they judged on, and he was 6th in the NFL in tackles. That's just the way it is with the Pro Bowl. Jaylon isn't going to be the only one that is questionable.

Spoiled? :lmao:

How can any fanbase of a team full of a bunch of soft dudes that haven't won anything since Clinton was in office be spoiled?!

He didn't have a banner year, but was solid...

I don't think Smith OR Cooper should be Pro-Bowlers this year, but it is what it is...

Somewhat.

I do not get too oversold on posts but I am too much of a fan to pan good news when it appears.

And clearly Pro Bowl selection is not what it used to be.

Be that as it may..having 6 reps in the game is nice given team end results.

It's sort of like Participation Trophies.

Anywho, here's to hoping Cooper and Smith make the probowl next year on the first attempt, and no one second guesses it.

Really thought Cooper could of had a shot had it not been for a rough second half, which definitely could of been hampered by lingering injuries.
And I believe Smith can make more impact plays like he did in 2018 next year. Think clearing the defensive staff will be good. So far Mike's staff know each other so hopefully no conflicts/drama will occur again.
I've seen some say this is the Jaylon we've always had but I just don't buy it yet. His cuts were a lot more slower this year than last year.

@Redball Express
I'm not a negative type of poster. Guess you can say this seasons collapse bummed me out and well I thought Jaylon stepped back in terms of his play. I'll never root against any of our players.
