If you can get something for him.....why not? Also, you question suggest that you feel as if Tyron has been reliable for us over the last couple of seasons.
I think so. He missed what? One game last year?
People feel important by making dumb proclamations...

One guy had cutting Randy Gregory as a top 3 priority for the Cowboys in 2020.

Meanwhile Gregory does not take up a roster spot and his cost is zero while suspended...
That’s insane to me.

McCarthy and Moore overseeing this bunch of weapons...

Zeke
Cooper
Jarwin
Gallup
Pollard
Cobb
Devin Smith
Whoever they draft

Looking forward to it, behind a revitalized OL.
Revitalized OL?

Tell me. What was wrong with ours in 2019?

4. DALLAS COWBOYS
The Cowboys have been near the top of this conversation for years. This season was another impressive display for the group, finishing fifth in PFF pass-blocking grade and third in run-blocking grade. It's well known what Tyron Smith, Zack Martin and Travis Frederick are capable of when fully healthy, but La’el Collins‘ performance this year was the most promising development from the group. His 85.8 overall grade ranked third among right tackles and was easily the highest overall grade of his career. Collins and Martin on the right side of the line helped lead an offense that finished second behind only the Ravens in expected points added per run play.

I wonder what was the issue with Devin Smith. In the 2 games he got any kind of time he went 3 for 74 1td where he embarrassed Norman. And 2 for 39 in the other vs mia. 5 for 8 on them targets is a very good %. You could see the talent and speed he has. One of the many questionable things about this JG coaching staff. Nobody and i mean nobody could convince me he wasnt a better option than Tavon

Yeah, that puzzled me too. That’s happened with several players during the Garrett regime. A guy would look great for a game or two, then disappear.

Tyron Smith and Fredbeard both stay healthy, Connor Williams comes back and we add depth. Always room for improvement, plus, a new OL coach that’s skilled in maximizing aging vets beyond Columbo’s aggression.

Yes, with better ST & Defense, the 2019 Offense would have had a lot of success...:hammer:

Even with all our problems, a couple of FGs and those two GHASTLY tripping flags kept us out of the playoffs....

Isn't this the group that was 8-8?

Before you say #1 offense, he's a stat.

In the 8 wins Dallas averaged 37 points.
In the 8 losses Dallas averaged 17 points.

That's a 20 point dropoff, or 3 TDs.

The defense was 17 points allowed in the 8 wins and 23 points in the losses. A 6 point difference.

Between the two units there was a 26 point differential.

For those that believe the defense was the issue for Dallas underachieving, the true answer was the #1 offense.

Beyond Colombos aggression?

He coached up an elite OL.

What's the matter? Ice cream too cold?

#ColomboHate

Btw, he played RT in the NFL. That's one of the reasons he's an excellent OL coach.

You can Google the stats.

Number one offense.

Also, half our offense is in the Pro Bowl.

Can we score against good teams in the red zone please

Exactly. In 3 games last season we scored 10 or less points in winnable games where the defense allowed minimal points . The Offense cost us those games, not the defense so there needs to be improvement and accountability before any more Mega-Contracts are awarded

With some discipline and good coaching our whole team should react favorably.

Cobb or Devin in the slot? Explosive.

Cobb should of have 4 + TDs this year. BS penalties killed his stats.

Dropped balls killed his stats as well. And he had three TD’s this year so I think four will be easily reached.

I said "#1 offense", don't need to look.

But it was also the #1 most inconsistent offense in the NFL, look at the difference in wins and losses. If it is an important game against a good team, it's the last offense I would count on.

Lastly, Pro Bowls are weak, very weak. By the time the game is played, half the league would have been selected. AP ALL PRO is the correct way to view players that had good years. Dallas had a total of ONE player on the AP 1st or 2nd team All Pro.
