That chap looks fantastic tonight! I'd imagine we could use him at TE. What year is he?
He's a Junior from what I understand who is expected to be a day three pick. That chap looks fantastic tonight! I'd imagine we could use him at TE. What year is he?
Lol he has 36 yards...2 TDs making it 3TDs on the year...he basically did 0 all year and is a soph I believe...he isnt pro ready at allThat chap looks fantastic tonight! I'd imagine we could use him at TE. What year is he?
He also set an LSU single-season record for tight ends with 42 receptions for 534 yards.Lol he has 36 yards...2 TDs making it 3TDs on the year...he basically did 0 all year and is a soph I believe...he isnt pro ready at all
Hes only 6 3...doesnt block and in the 4.7 speed....basically a slow WR....he just has a Legend for a fatherHe also set an LSU single-season record for tight ends with 42 receptions for 534 yards.

Wonder why he's entering? Seems like he could've benefited from another year.

Think it has anything to do with them losing Brady to the Panthers?Wonder why he's entering? Seems like he could've benefited from another year.
He doesn't have the athleticism for his stock to really go up at all, and he's not going to have Burrow/Brady next year.Wonder why he's entering? Seems like he could've benefited from another year.
Needs some of Dads smoothies or whatever it was he was peddlingHe looks like he’s carrying bad weight. Could be a good development prospect but I wouldn’t spend premium draft capital on on him.
Yeah but on field production can raise his stock. Because as of right now he's going to a team that's going to have him 2nd or 3rd on the depth chart and its going to be tough for him to get that much needed experience. He doesn't have the athleticism for his stock to really go up at all, and he's not going to have Burrow/Brady next year.
He pretty much is what he is.
He has to take advantage of the sole year LSU has a decent QBWonder why he's entering? Seems like he could've benefited from another year.
This is a pretty good take.I've been keeping an eye on Moss in LSU games, mainly just cause he's Randy Moss's son, and I wanted to see what kind of talent he has. From what I've seen, I'd say that Moss is actually a pretty decent prospect. He looks like he'll be a very average NFL athlete, but he has nice hands and knows how to run block.
Possession TEs - aka catch and fall TEs - can stick in the league for a while just by knowing where to sit down in zones and how to body guys out. Kaden Smith ran a glacial 4.92 40 at the Combine, and he caught 42 balls in 9 games for the Giants after Engram got hurt. He's never going to have fans buying his jersey, but I bet he makes a few million on his second contract as someone's TE2. Heck, Witten has no more speed than your average fan on the couch, and he can still get catches. TEs is one of the least athleticism-dependent positions on the field.
Moss's combo of blocking and hands will pry have him hanging around the low end TE1 or TE2 rungs of the league; like Smith, he's not star material, but he'll probably be a guy who gets a second contract in the league. He's a 3rd or 4th round type player unless he bombs the Combine.
As to why he left LSU - he's already 22 years old, his stud QB just left, his offensive coordinator just left, and his offense is pry about to crater. No sense in hanging around any longer.
