Which QB has the better overall team?

Coaching: Mahomes
WRs: Mahomes
TEs: Mahomes
OL: push
RB: Dak ( although Williams should have been SB MVP)

DL: Mahomes
LBs: Push
S: Mahomes
CBs: Mahomes

Special Teams: Mahomes

I will give you this....you are very persistent!

But why does it matter? Dak is still good enough to win a SB.

Now that is the discussion. Dak is not good enough with less help than he's had. His time to win has now passed. With so many free agents and 2 big contracts coming I don't see up adding talent I see us replacing guys with lesser talent and taking a step back.

Actually, Cooper and Gallup were far more productive than Hill and Watkins. So, you can't give the chiefs the. edge based purely on preseason expectations. Dak has a better supporting cast.

All you've proven here is that KC has a better team. Now, go compare us to the Jets and Bears who beat us.

Yeah, the Cowboys get the edge at WR. If you add in TEs with the WRs, then KC probably takes the lead. But not with just WR alone.
Then Dallas has the edge at RB and oline as well.
So overall, for offensive "supporting cast" , Dallas has the edge overall excluding QB and coach.

Bottom line Chiefs team as a whole played SB caliber football. To a man they made plays to help their team win and did not kill themselves with stupid penalties. Teams win championship and KC went out this season and proved they were the best team. As for the Cowboys, they have a lot of talent on this team but they must play as a team and stop shooting themselves in the foot. It will fall to McCarthy and his staff to get the best out of the Cowboys players

Chiefs defense is 10x better than whatever garbage Dallas put out.

Their defense wouldn't have helped when we lost to the Eagles 17-9 for the division title

The offense kind of has to usually score a touchdown and stuff

I say WRs dallas...yes they got Hill, but we were three deep at WR...

OL is cowboys....more talent across the board...

coaching...that's key...they definitely had better coaching.

DL...defintley KC......

I think our defense had enough talent to compete, with Lawrence, Quinn, Bennett....Smith, Jones....we just didn't play the right scheme.

I think not all of the above have the same impact. but coaching defintley had the biggest impact.

49ers are the team the Cowboys should model after not Chiefs.

All we need without an Elite QB is build the best defense to carry us. But it’s going to be tough with bulk of our Cap spent on offense .

Or find the next Mahomes.

Dak would've been sacked about 8 times that game as we got blown out.
not 8 but 4 or so maybe 2 strip sack fumbles etc etc yup/

Mahomes has something to do with the success of the cast around him..they maybe talented but were matched to mahomes strengths and Mahomes ability to find these guys and hit them is much more to do with why they are there.. having a Dak, carr,, goff, or Garpolo type that struggle with those types of passes IE on the run, switching arm angles, vision down field, patience etc etc would have those guy running routes all game and not having the same success as they are now..Its reciprocal but PM is the heart that makes the offense go, Reid , Hill, Watkins etc do not have the same success without Mahomes..its more to do with PM then the cast..

if it didnt matter they would have stuck with Alex Smith ..wake up doubters hes the new Aaron Rogers with more mobility and an innate feel for the game..its natural for him as Dak everything looks forced looks like a struggle , dude sometimes looks like he needs an exlax or something just to be good all the while PM is great naturally, just flows accorss the field..

Daks a thrower, PM is passer..I like dak but hes nowhere near PM..

yup, most of 49ers money is in the defense. Literally all our money is in the offense and it's still handicapped at this point, and the issue will be 100x worse if Dak gets paid.

When coaching is so one sided it's hard to do this thought experiment. Last year the chiefs were a neutral zone infraction away from going to the super bowl and their defense was every bit as bad as those cowboy defenses between '11 and '13. The cowboys hard pretty good offensive personnel att that time. All 8-8s. A Garrett led chiefs team would probably be 8-8 as well.

The BS in that post stinks to high heaven. It's February and you have no idea what "help" Dak will have in 2020 so stop pretending otherwise. Dak just finished his 4th season in the league and you would have us believe "his time to win has now passed"? It's laughable that you think you can get away with a ridiculous comment like that. Do you think your own inability to fathom how the sausage is made in the Cowboys FO means anything? The only thing you have reveal with certainty is your own ignorance.

Does Andy Reid count here? I know it's a dead horse on this forum, but given this example, I think it definitely needs to be brought up. Reid is, in my opinion, the second best coach of the modern era.

I'm not hating on Garrett (this time). This is more about believing Reid is that good, outside of the occasional clock management blunder.

I don't know what you're smoking or watching, but Dallas OLine>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Chiefs.
TE: Chiefs
WRs push, I'd take Gallup over Watkins and Coop is plenty good against any CB.
RB: Dallas

DL: Chiefs
LBs: Chiefs (outside of Lee all of their starting LBs are better than ours)
S: Chiefs
CBs: can't really name a starting chiefs CB, but I'd have to assume most teams have better CBs than us
We'll disagree on OL. Ours WAS better, but it isn't at this point.

And while Cooper is good enough, Tyreek changes games, and lots of them. And ours drop a lot more passes than theirs when it matters.

I think Dallas fans, and the media for whatever reason, way overestimate the players in this team.
