Would love to see Chase Young in a Cowboy uni. He is going to be a beast. Instead they should check with Cleveland to see if they want to move Myles Garrett.
Rivera is a defensive-minded coach. No way he passes on Chase Young. That Skins defense is going to be straight nasty. We'd better draft more offensive linemen.

It doesn't say they're targetting an Ohio St. player with a move up, just that they've done a lot of scouting on them. Which is expected, they have several players coming out, even outside the 1st round. Arnette CB, Harrison LB, Hamilton DT, KJ Hill at slot, Fuller at S.

If they're going to move up, 1st and 2nd value is pick #9-#10. I think if they're going to move up, it's likely going to be the 3rd rounder, maybe a 3rd and one of our 4ths, or the 2nd next year. There is a ton of value in the 2nd round in the secondary this year, which we need.

I also think a move-up is likely to be a DL. Kinlaw or Epenesa is my bet.

We have no shot at young. You’re right. He’s his guy. Only way he parts if we give up 3 firsts

He gave up 2 1sts to move up to get Claiborne.
CC, don't forget how Jerry gave up two 1st round picks to trade for WR Joey Galloway in 2000. Jerry also gave up a 1st and 3rd round picks to trade for WR Roy Williams in 2008. Jerry also gave up a mid 2nd and 3rd round picks to move up to the beginning of the 2nd round to pick up DE Demarcus Lawrence. I'm sure there are more.

One can't trust Jerry. He will give up the farm for 1 average player just so Jerry can make a splash and keep his name in the spotlight. I guess that's part of his marketing strategy? Sheesh!

All the splash I need is to actually draft real football players that would play for free if there was no league.

That thread title scares me but then I remember how many thread titles end up being total BS. I think the draft will go just fine, no splash, just solid picks.

They'd be really stupid to trade all the way up to #3/4 to get Okudah. No corner is worth that.

But of course they're going to "explore." Every team in the league in this situation would.

Nothing they’ve done for 25 years has worked. Not even drafting guys like Fredbeard, Martin, Tyron, Zeke, etc... It doesn’t matter what they do in the draft because they refuse to compliment the draft with quality big time feee agents...

We haven't made a big move up or down in forever, so I'm calling this fake news. It's just not our style any more.

With that said, Jeffrey Okudah is a total stud and a shoo-in to go to multiple Pro Bowls. If you're going to sell the farm for a guy, there are way worse options. Dude also played high school football in Grand Prairie.

Nothing to see here folks.

Same is said for Jerry almost every year. Peterson, Donald to name a few we were rumored up to get.
Jerruh tried to get Donald but the Rams weren't playing because they wanted him.
