along with Kellen moore, he's one of the coaches I would have kept. clearly our wr's played well with him coaching the position.

Are you kidding??? We almost led the league in drops...I doubt we even hit the jug machine once last year.

Then I guess the former receivers coach should have focused on improving concentration instead of 'tricks with bricks'.
I wasn't really doggin the coach in this one. (I am sure you already know that from my post) Not really sure what you do when receivers are not holding on to the ball. I am sure there are drills to help them-the receivers, with that area of the game. New head coach, new staff except for the OC. I don't necessarily agree with that call either.

what problems was he causing?
Him and Coop had their fair share of disagreements.

“Lal's name jumped into the headlines after the Week 16 loss to the Eagles when Garrett pinpointed him as the staffer who'd decided to "rotate'' star Amari Cooper out of the game on a critical down. And if pops up again when we discuss in-house conflicts, as we're told that Cooper didn't always see eye-to-eye with his supervisor.”

I heard Lal questioned Coop’s toughness and Coop didn’t like the rotation and certain concepts. None of us know for sure who was at greater fault or what the specifics are, but it is basically confirmed they had issues
