Lost a good friend today. One of my former coaches, 45 years old. Came down with the flu and tried to fight it off for about 10 days until he finally went to the ER. He was to late, developed pneumonia and died of a heart attack. Rest in peace brother!!

100 cans of clam chowder (both types), 30 cans of tropical fruit mix to supplement 2 orange trees, a few large cans of corned beef, many containers of artichokes, 200 frozen drumsticks, 1 ham, 30 packs of pasta, 50 pounds of rice, 20 bags of frozen veges, ... etc.

basically stuff we would eat anyway, but we brought what we would for the whole year. not much waste if nothing bad happens - except couple boxes of milk powder and egg powder...

how are you doing?
