Sport is like the rest just pure entertainment and money making. It is not about sport and your home team anymore.
Sport now at the bottom of my daily routine .I enjoy the people in this forum more than i enjoy the Cowboys.

I don't care nearly as much as I used to already, so my price drops every year.

I grew up believing the Cowboys could compete for titles. That confidence has faded and the decision-makers aren't going anywhere.
Same. Im 49 (today!) and my mother used to tell me how I was 3 and somehow latched onto the Cowboys. My dad and bro were Steelers fans (live in PA). Every school pic I am wearing something Cowboys. So its been about 46 years. The last few, my interest has been waning significantly. No getting around the fact that the Jones family isnt going anywhere. They plug one leak and 10 more pop up. Winning is likely a very small piece of the pie in their Excel chart. Selling tickets and merch and keeping the name out there are more important. Win just enough to keep fans hopeful. If they stumble into a Superbowl win, thats great! More important to sell a ton of Miller Lite in the stadium though. I like the overhaul in coaching so far, but if it doesnt yield quick results, I have been thinking about stepping back and save myself the stress.

Not much I’ve become luke warm with the NFL. I like watching football so I still watch and enjoy the draft and stuff. College football has become a lot more appealing to me.

I got 49 years in. It would have to be life changing amount for me.....say $80 million.

I could never watch, hear, read and discuss a Cowboys game ever again.

What's your price?
$100 million, a date with Joely Richardson and an ice cream cake.

Only if I'm owner, GM, president and CEO of another NFL team will my fandom be lost. Three billlion is my asking price, so I can buy another team.

If we somehow ever end up with Cam Newton... I will definitely be rooting for our QB to be broken in half.

Even if that idiot did come here, I would still be a cowboys fan. But, I would be hoping for an IR shelving of him lol.

I would actually want Dak to get $80mil a year if Cam was my only other choice!

If Jerry gave me 5M I would never read another headline, buy merch or otherwise participate in anything Cowboys. But I would be retired and playing a lot of golf.

I'm a fan through and through, despite my frustrations, I can't help but love this stupid team. With that said, I'm like many others in this thread, I would have been mentally checked out next season if they kept Garrett. I'm sure I would have kept an eye on the team but I would have refused to put any energy into watching. Luckily, I/we don't have to worry about that.

Bad football and bad decisions have driven me away to an extent. I will probably be a fan till I'm gone but it doesn't bother me at all to watch good football and root for players I enjoy watching.
