Dak is due a new contract and he might not want to put himself in a position to get injured without one. As for Elliot this isn’t about him.

Take Elliot out if you don't want to deal with that. Rewrite the rules. I don't care.

Dak has had a better than $30 million deal on the table for over a year. Why hasn't he signed it?

Is he being greedy? Not a team player? What's his problem? He certainly can't think he's one of the best in the NFL with what he's accomplished.

I wouldn't take a penny less than what is fair and comparable to other QBs in my position. I'm not negotiating down because of yet to be presented endorsements. Always, always on the players side when it comes to compensation. Get yours, Dak!

You don’t know what’s been on the table nothing has been confirmed. You don’t like Dak and don’t want him as the QB, we get it!

I understand Dak wants money. But if he can picture himself taking less and allowing the team to improve in other areas and then winning a championship? The dude would be a legend and endorsements after that will be forever.

It’s easy for us to say because it’s not our money but just my opinion. I don’t blame him for wanting to get paid but I just hope he can look at the bigger picture. I’m sure his agent isn’t though.
Of course not...unless his agent gets the same percentage of his endorsement money.

Not sure Emmitt is the one to be giving Dak contract advice, he did hold out for a new contract in 93. Doubt he had that same perspective when he was playing.

Just to be clear, he did not have a contract. His performance his first few years voided the last year of his rookie deal.

Oh please Skippy! You gonna fishtail until you drop off in the ocean with that noise. You looking like a beta that jumped out an aquarium, flopping around on the floor.

Then the cat sees him.......

How many Super Bowls did Derek Carr, Jimmy G, Carson Wentz and Jared Goff win when they got paid? You don’t have to win Super Bowl’s to get paid, especially at the QB position.

let’s not change the topic. You were talking about Emmitt and Dak

you were on your high horse telling us why Emmitt shouldn’t be saying what he did

I gave you some perspective on why he should

IMO... these current salaries are getting out of control. Players are getting MEGA OVER PAID

NFL prints money. It is what it is. I admit I have chuckle when some players complain about 8 figure salaries contract disputes though.
