I heard a guy on a podcast that said Mahomes is worth 8 first round picks.
:laugh::lmao2::lmao:

Don't get me wrong, Mahomes is the best QB in the NFL right now. And arguably by a lot. But let's not forget he took over a team that made the playoffs 4 of the previous 5 years with a "bum" at QB in Alex Smith. So they already had a very good team, and a very good HC before he was even drafted.

So any talk about KC being ALL about Mahomes or he is worth more than two 1st Rounders is ridiculous, at best.

While I do think draft picks are severely overrated by most the fans and media, go ahead and give up just three 1st Round picks for ANY player in the NFL and good luck winning after the initial year of the trade. Let alone during the 4/5ths of a decade the team is void of any 1st Round picks.
:facepalm:

Why can't we have Mahommes

Duh! We have Dak, why would we want to downgrade the QB position by switching to Mahomes. Mahomes ain't all that homey. You obviously worship at the house of Mahomes but he is a false deity.

Yet another video of Dez running routes with no one covering him.

Dez is working hard. I hope he gets one more run.

If Witten can get another chance, a changed Dez definitely should also
Dez acted like a spoiled brat then burned his bridges. He doesn't deserve anything. Witten got another chance because he has always behaved like a true professional. Now he is just old. We need to just move on from both of them.

Didn't Witten get his starting position back without facing any competition after retiring on the team after the first round of the draft; leaving the team hanging? That seems pretty spoiled to me.:huh:

I think mahomes is a damn good QB but the salivating over the guy in this place has gotten ridiculous. Part of it is the dude is a surrounded by a hell of a team and a great coach. Even though i couldnt stand that tub of goo in Philly hes a remarkable coach and i was glad he got his championship and I'm glad it wasn't in philly. The passes in this thread were not all that complicated but some people would trade the farm. I think i seen 8 first rounders now I get that was a joke but those that think he could replicate that success here under Garrett is fooling themselves.

KC took the next step once the defense improved. Mahomes is a generational QB it appears but he didn't do this by himself.

Even if Dez gets another chance he will just drop the next big pass like he did when he was here against GB.
