If he was smart he would have learned to change his game like Fitzgerald and other vets have done and become a possession type WR.

Dez Bryant has sent numerous tweets campaigning for NFL teams to sign him over the past several months, and that includes trying to convince the Dallas Cowboys to give him another shot. Apparently he has taken that pitch directly to his former team as well.According to ESPN's Ed Werder, Bryant h

I hope they bring Dez in to compete. His passion for not only the game but the Cowboys in general is something needed. Dez has fire. Dez wont go down.

And no.. i dont own a Dez jersey. ha!

You don't get better being out of the game. Dez aint coming back. This is just an off-season feel-good story.

he has a right to seek employment and him giving max effort to come back is not a negative.. let the coaches/FO figure it out.. dudes passionate about his return but we shall see how much he is willing to give for it like small non guaranteed contract with some incentives built in and less playing time and being less of a distraction..
Great post.

I think they should sign him to a minimum contract with no guarantees and let him compete with Noah Brown and cedric Wilson for a roster spot. Ithink he wins a spot and makes some plays.

All reports I've heard have said the Cowboys have absolutely no interest in bringing him back.

Zero, zilch, nada.

He was a major headache before.

Yes, but hopefully 2 years out of the NFL have given Dez a reformed attitude.

Looks like 2 yrs out of the NFL for Dez has brought stark reality an empty bank account and a humble hunger to play the game he loves . I would let him compete in camp broke , irrelevant , hungry and scared of complete failure could have changed him quite a bit
