oh come on, im not defending him im defending that getting another job is not being down.

Please, is that what you think you're doing? If so, you're failing to do that as well. Going from a higher job and accepting a demotion to a coordinator is a step down the coaching ladder. Lie to yourself otherwise, you don't get to lie to me about that fact.

You are better than that, you know if he landed a pretty good job and thats it, nothing more, as i said Garrett the coordinator is stronger than Garrret the HC.

Is that the latest attempted excuse now?

sorry if the truth hurts.

Zero "truth" in any of that. Try again. No Sale. Tell your lame story elsewhere. Fail!

Listen to Nate Newton (3 Time Superbowl Winning Guard) and Jesse Holley (Former Cowboy and Tarheel) @ 34 min mark talk about how we've been scarred by bad coaching over the last 10 years and how it affects our personal opinions as to how we build a Championship team...

There's still some in here today taking about his greatness.............I must've missed that long line wanting to hire him after he left here.

Amazing isn't it? Even after 10 years of evidence and failure, some still can't bring themselves to accept the truth, and that they were totally wrong.

If they've got it for the guy this bad, I don't know why they haven't just jumped over to the Giants boards already?

Commit.

Only ten years of bad coaching, Nate?

Clearly Barry Switzer, Chan Gailey, and Dave Campo did a heck of a job between 1996-2002 and I just missed it. And Bill Parcells and Wade Phillips left lasting legacies themselves (though I still think Parcells did a great job; especially getting ten wins out of a very mediocre 2003 roster).

This is why the whole discussion is so silly. If someone doesn't want Garrett executed they are "talking about his greatness". You can say Garrett was average or good at times but in need of firing last year - and anything short of "he sucks" means "he's great".

You may have missed this but Garrett had a job three days after his contract ended. And that is after a big group of this board said he would never work in the NFL again.

And now we move back to one of Stash's epileptic fits.

It's been bad. Not sure how things are going to work out, but you can definitely say coaching has been an issue for a while.

The first day jerry said Garrett would be learning on the job I asked who would be teaching him. No one taught him, ergo he learned nothing.

I've been saying this as to why I dont want to give big money to anyone that's been here.

I'm not saying dont replace them, I'd just rather go in a different direction.

Think we need to remove as many people as possible, and hopefully that's enough, but probably not.
