And his lovers are striving to believe that he's still the same despite massive evidence to the contrary!!!

massive evidence? good grief... yes there has been some decline, but that is to be expected... he's 43 years old... but it wasn't a fall off the cliff year like p manning had in 2015

things go in cycles... Bradys stats and level of play this past year were similar to the stats he put up in 2013... similar to the ones in 2006... as for 2019, Context matters ... One just has to look at the players surrounding him... Brady has always been surrounded by talent... Maybe not elite level talent across the board, like Manning was when he was throwing to reggie wayne and marvin harrison ... but he had guys who were good... who could make plays...

This past year though, the receiving corp was a banged up Edelman, two rookies, a nutcase and a guy with more issues with drugs/alcohol than randy gregory... we lost our starting center before the season began, three free agent o-line pickups retired or left the team, the starting left tackle was out after week 2, and that spot was filled for a majority of the season by a street free agent... the tight ends were a nightmare... it was just a bad roster this past year...

Well, we've been told all these years that Brady didn't need good players around him.
I can't speak to what other people have said (and I honestly doubt anyone has ever said what you claim they have). Every player in the NFL needs good players around them in order to excel. Brady certainly makes other players around him better, but I don't care how good a QB is... he still needs a certain degree of protection, and receivers who can actually catch.

When you factor in the Edelman injury, it was probably the single worst offense he has ever played with top to bottom.

Now I know you're joking!!!!!!!!!!! You seriously would've had to be living under a rock to not hear how Brady does it w/ subpar players. I mean, this has been a blatant claim for years. Seriously, how in the world have you not heard this?

Throwing passes into the turf at the slightest hint of pressure seems pretty massive to me.

What I have heard time and again is Brady makes receivers better (which he does). As for what you claim, please feel free to provide examples. If it's as common as you claim, they should be easy to find.

Man, I REALLY wanted to see a Tyson/Morrison fight...I think Tyson would have won, but Morrison had the power to put Tyson down, probably would have been epic.
Tyson was done by the time Tommy Morrison was good enough to step into the ring with him... the fight i would have loved to see was a prime tyson vs a prime larry holmes... Tyson most likely would have won, but man, Larry Holmes had a devastating left jab and a nice size advantage... Holmes was one of the most under rated fighters of all time ... which is funny because the guy had 20 straight title defenses... coulda woulda shoulda though

Brady and Belly. Both. Can't put their winning ways on just Brady.
You will see how wrong that is once Brady is gone from the Pats. Belly didn't do all that great in the Browns franchise. Brady is the GOAT and makes even Belly look better than he is.

Otto Graham won 7 championships. Starr also won 6 or 7, several before it was called the super bowl.

Montana played better than Brady did in big games, and would've lasted much longer if he hadn't been in the league when defenders beat up the QB regularly.

Brady is tied for GOAT w/ 4 other guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fact check:
Star won 5 NFL championships. 3 before the Super Bowl.

9 Super Bowls and 6 Wins has no equal in SB era.
