I'd offer them Trysten Hill straight up.......

HAYDEN HURSTTE, BALTIMORE RAVENS

The Athletic's Jeff Howe reports there's a "real chance" the Ravens "move" third-year TE Hayden Hurst this offseason.
Hurst was the No. 25 overall pick in the 2018 draft but is already going to turn 27 this year. Mark Andrews, drafted in the third round that same year, has breezed past Hurst on the depth chart, as Hurst has just a combined 43-512-3 receiving line across 28 career games. Hurst should have a market, but the Ravens can't expect more than a Day 3 pick. Andrews and Nick Boyle are Baltimore's top two tight ends.

Followed him when he was at SC. Great player, who struggled with depression and tried to slit his wrists at one point after a night of binge drinking.

I think he realistically is dealt to New England. Jerry really isn't in a position this season to give up draft capital and we like our guys too much to trade them.

Him and Jarwin would be a solid 1-2 punch. He’s going to most likely be better than anybody we snag on day 3 and is better than Dalton Schultz.

Only gripe I have, is his cap number is 4 million per year the next two. A rookie contract is much cheaper

His cap hits would be $1.48 million and $1.98 million the next 2 years, so about 3.5 total over 2. We’d also have an option for a 5th year that would probably be around $7 million.

You think the Ravens would give up Hurst to the Pats, an AFC foe/common playoff team?
(Not a rude question, just curious)

All initial reports are leading in that direction. As you've pointed out, it would be unusual, but that's what's out there.

Another wannabe scout. A player taken in the 3rd round the same year over takes this former 1st round player on the ravens depth chart and now are willing to shed this bust and someone here thinks the Cowboys should consider pouncing on the bust.

I'm glad you are in no position to follow through with that thought.

From the neck down Hurst is a beast. Easy to see why he was drafted in the 1st round.

From the neck up he's a hot mess. Ravens know it and are trying to get some kind of return on their investment.

PASS.

Andrews was under drafted. That dude was a stud at OU and people scoffed because of scheme. Athletic is athletic beyond schemes.

I dont remember the game but Hurst caught a pass last season and then sprinted for the endzone and the clocked him at running over 20mph. Unbelievable speed for a guy his size.
