Not sure you can a higher endorsement.........just make sure he has his pieces

I think most of us believe that, too.

What remains to be seen..

Is how our ownership differs from the setup in GB.?

By that I mean in GB the team was run by a BOD (Board of Director) group. They more or less gave McCarthy the GM position along with being HC.

That empowered McCarthy highly.
As we know, we have the Jones.

So we are going to see how the parties go forward.

I assume McCarthy has some specific language in his contract the Jones' had to agree to and vice a versa.

In fact, the very fact the 2 sides did it all so fast leads me to think both sides had to have agreed quickly and had contracts for review going into meetings right away.

Another words, MM was ready to get started immediately. No back and forth b/w attorneys as you would expect. They agreed in principle and moved on with other business.

This is just my belief. I have no source to quote this. But I bet I am not far off.

This in and of itself shows a seismic shift from the Jones.

Compare this to how they are handling Dak and Amari. Slow and tedious and deliberate.

So Reid saying this is fine. We all would take Andy as our coach..
as long as he brought Mahomes !

Reid was always an undervalued coach largely because he spit the bit so many times in the NFCCG.

He has his flaws for sure............... he can get too reliant on the passing game which hurt him at times in Philadelphia, but overall, he's a great coach and now with a SB win, he's a sure fire lock for the Hall of Fame someday.

I'm afraid you are incorrect here.
That team had a GM and McCarthy himself had real issues with that guy.
He wouldn't get him what he wanted.

Thanx bro..

I am nothing if not occasionally inaccurate and humble at the same time.

I never followed the Packers THAT closely. That would be un-Cowboy.

I always remember we are almost family.

But I forgot..did you marry my lost sister or was your mom married to my dad in secret?

I forgot which..tell me again.

I think that was in McCarth's new contract..

"You must get me what I want..always"

He started his relationship with Jerrah by ordering a pastrami on rye with German potato salad.

Brilliant.
