Yeah, not surprising, really. I think it's that way now in most states. Too many drunk drivers have made it so. :eek:

Nah, the first one they give you a pass, if there is no damage or bodily injury. You can even get it plea down to something lesser. But if you have priors they throwing the book at you. I heard states like Texas and Nevada are cruel with it, rightfully so.

I was referring mostly to those who are basically drinkers who insist upon driving in a compromised condition. Yes, in Texas, they are strict and rightfully so, I think. It's not too unusual to know people who you have known here who have crossed that line. I used to work with someone who fit that description and killed someone walking across the street. I'm not condemning Ventell, since he's a first-time offender but he'd best be careful in the future, before he's on the outside of the team, looking in and wishing he'd been wiser.

It would be funny if they signed Dez and ONLY played him on Special Teams (Not as a returner).

The only thing better would be to play Dez at DT...
