It's been tough to see Jerry Jones degrade into senile Al Davis. He has simply lost interest in winning. He is no longer willing to make the moves or pay the money. He has the 6th most cap space and he stands pat. This team in no where near a superbowl, not even close. Baltimore, San Francisco, and KC are the new NFL. I don't know what Jerry is anymore, certainly not the Maverick

And all Stephen cares about is being as cheap as possible.
Beginning to think the Jones family is just interested in milking this cash cow as much as they can

unreal that we have that much cap space to get things done and even still make a couple of mid tier signings to help get over the hump and we completely drop the ball

winning isn't high up the totem pole for the Jones family. Its now a lucky happenstance, instead of a plan. Its sad. Its about merch and branding a product.name instead of results. As long as THEY own the team, that's what we can expect...a mixed bag of results.

Yep, totally agree with ya.

Hard core Rush fans know a not so popular song by them called Circumstances. I can hear Geddy singing the high pitched chorus (allow for ad lib here) As Geddy belts out in his high pitched voice:

"Tricked by Circumstances...

"Plus ce chance, Plus cest la meme chose( Which is French Canadian I think)

"The more that things change. The more they stay the same."...

Then a mic drop, lol :)

Jerry and Stevie have staunchly thought themselves the smartest football people in the room...thus, how we have gotten to this point. We have hurt the team today by that kind of mindset, which is just delusional. Now we may find ourselves painted in a corner where we have to rebuild the team on offense as well.

IMO Jerry wants to win more than ever. It just has to be on his terms. He would rather lose doing it his way than letting someone else do it for him.
That's the senile Al Davis creeping in. Sad to see. People give Jimmy credit for the 90's but Jones is the one who made that controversial hire and signed off on that trade/deals.
