Look, I understand we wanna avoid overpaying, trust me, I get that. But can 4-5 different agents ask for too much?

If I wasn't a 40 year Dallas fan..I would be a Ravens fan. I admire how they operate the player ops. No team better.

I go to at least one game a year in Baltimore.
Not many opposing team fans at those games.
Very old-school type of fan base.
I definitely follow the team almost as much as I do with the Cowboys.
No message board stuff though... lol

If Cooper signs elsewhere, what a disaster.

The Jones' really do not know what they are doing. The reality is overpaying for top FAs is the nature of the business. And if you let YOUR OWN FAs get to the open market, then guess what? You want to bring them back you have to probably overpay a little.

But these two chuckleheads apparently haven't grasped that point. Some of the homers around here always lament and argue it's dumb to sign the top FAs in free agency because that first wave gets overpaid. Well guess what? When you let your top FAs get to the open market, if you want them back, you have to overpay now.
