This is good. I was afraid the price tag would be higher, too. Losing two of the top four CBS would have made me nervous. Now, I can live with a decent vet backfill and/or a top 100 pick added to this group and feel ok about our depth.

A three year, $15.5 million deal for a corner with Brown's experience is a very good contract.

I'm actually happy with the offseason so far. We knew Dak's tag and Cooper's contract were going to cost a lot, but the Cowboys haven't overpaid for anybody else.

People argued before that they signed Carroll to be a camp body and in reality they wanted him to start, granted that was Marinelli who is gone.

Gut says they think they are set at CB now and can grab one in the draft and be done with it.

I don't think Canady is a starter. Caroll only started because of injuries.

Yep, plus Awuzie and Lewis are free agents next year so having one guy for stability makes sense.

At $15.5 million over 3 years, I hope it’s backloaded. Otherwise I’m not a fan of this one.

Agreed...no other Dallas CB can make a QB look like a Hall of Famer like Brown can.
