Big move for PHI. They needed someone that could check Coop, who's been an Eagle killer the last two seasons. Slay contained Cooper pretty well in the matchup @ Detroit this past season.

Coop scores a TD on Slay if Dak throws a better ball in the back of the endzone.

Putrid throws by the $33m man

Such is the life of a Cowboy fan. How many years have we sat and watched other teams improve thru FA while Jerry parks his Humvee on his wallet? Can't wait for his annual speech of, "we're waiting for everyone to overspend on the top tier players"... This way we can swoop in and sign low impact players who probably will be cut during training camp...
So signing a WR for $20m is being cheap?

Some people just like to *****.

They've always loved name chasing, it makes them feel elite
well said. PLUS, has slay been all that great ? I watched him get roasted several times in Detroit. Not so sure he's the answer in philly. Maybe he will be an upgrade, but I think they are pulling at straws hoping they hit pay dirt. I also think they are scared out of their mind having to face Cooper, and this Mike McCarthy offense. THE UNKOWN FACTOR.

These highlights are probably why Eagles want him. He shut Coop down by himself.

The last time we saw Cooper he wasn’t even considered essential personnel on your season-saving drive, and the last time we saw mike McCarthy he went 6-9-1 with an alltime quarterback.

how many times do you remember alltime quarterbacks having a losing record in their prime? That’s actually an unbelievable feat he pulled off.

I don’t know that ‘scared out of their mind’ is the apt description in these cases.

LOL.

Some potential good news for Eagles Aerolith shows up to puff out his chest.

Predictable.

Nope, but signing a "part time" WR for $20m is just plain stupid. Half the people on this forum could run this team better than Jerry's circus FO...
