I hate Zeke's contract as much as anyone, but at least the guy is durable. DJ and Gurley were massive busts because they couldn't stay healthy.

They overpaid he had 1 good year and was injury prone in college. Zeke is a different player in my opinion and was worth it cause he carried this team still does

You could have said the exact same thing about Gurley. But he didn't make it those 3 years did he?

Rams cut Gurley. Cardinals trade Johnson. Cowboys sign Zeke to a huge contract. Steelers let Bell walk.

One of these teams gets it. The others don't.

Zeke hasn't even proven to be good. Just healthy and able to carry massive load...for now.

The guy isn't efficient.

Arizona was desperate and found a dumb team to take their bloated TB contract. Rams choked on their big contract.

And here we sit like morons paying Elliott what we are paying him. Always the two smartest guys in the room those Jones boys.

That's nonsense, Gurley has bad knees and was never going to live up to his outrageous contract. Zeke is as healthy as a horse and he has the power of one. I know many folks don't like his price tag either but the legalese in his contract is really Cowboys friendly. Zeke is worth his contract and I believe Mike McCarthy will see to it that he is used correctly. Apples and oranges, IMO.
