One thing about Brady when it comes to money, he's always given that TEAM DISCOUNT! SIX RINGS on this man fingers and it
has not been about money to him. Dak is trying to back the truck up to the bank and he hasn't won a dam thing......NOTHING! I could careless how old Brady is, the man is a WINNER. Let's see Dak was 8-8 this past year when a lot of people were picking them to go to the super bowl..... Heck, the Cowboys were double digit favorites against both the JETS & AAA Eagles and he still couldn't get it done. Brady would have got it done!

One thing I know for sure. Brady behind this Dallas OL and Zeke behind him will put up 40 burgers regularly. It's up to the D though to take the team deep into the playoff. Brady is far better than Dak in redzone as well.

He looked pretty pedestrian last year and now he is a year older. He has the football IQ, but Father Time remains undefeated. My money is betting on a dropoff. I guess we will see.

There clearly was a drop off but he had no receivers. The one thing he’ll have going for him in Tampa is better receivers with Mike Evans. Based on his age and moving on to a new team the likelihood is his drop off will continue but we’ll have to see.

I don't think anything of BRady in 2020 but I personally won't invest in a immobile 42 year old quarterback. Stupid business. Bucc's should've invested in a young quarterback or planned for life after Winston far better than they did.

If Brady throws for 1000 less yards 2020 than Winston threw for in 2019 (5000) but also throws half the amount of INT's that Winston had (30) then the Bucs win 12 games in 2020

Brady should've retired. He has nothing left to prove and his legacy would be complete.

Instead, his last NFL appearance is going to be in a Bucs uniform playing like a shell of his former self.

I don't expect this to go as Bucs fans think/hope it will.

I’m not sure if Brady has the arm to do that. I expect at best Peyton Manning with the Broncos in that Super Bowl run season...except he doesn’t have that Broncos defense to lean on.

I feel the same way. I don’t understand his insistence on trying to show he can win without the Pats.

Brady still has an arm Peyton's arm was shot the year before he won the SB

A fully guaranteed multi-year deal with a base of 25 mil for a guy who turns 43 this summer and who already is on a 3-year streak of playing worse than he did the year before? Yikes.

You framing it as being a 2 year, 50M deal and ignoring the extra 9 mil in incentive implies you don't think he's hitting any of those extra 9M in incentives, so I take it you think he's not gonna play well or not gonna be ale to stay healthy enough to earn those incentives, whatever they are.

I wouldn't trade places with them right now, nope. Hard pass.

Me, I'm just gonna frame it this way. Super Bowl Champ.

Brady is, perhaps, the only NFL player married to someone whose net worth far exceeds the player.

Meaningless to look at his salary as a comparison for anything.

Perhaps, but it's very meaningful if you look at it from the perspective of a guy who was there to be signed if you just decided to go out and do it.

None of the crybaby naysayers who will appear in this thread would bet a nickel of their own money that Brady won’t outperform Dak next year.
im betting he does , a more creative and aggressive loaded with talent offense and a HC who wanted Tom will make sure its tailored to him down to last detail..If Winston can throw 30/30 in that offense Brady will succeed and 50 for 2 years is a solid deal..short and sweet..

they would have had to pay JW 33 or more.. in that perspective TB was a steal..

How can you not like a deal for 25m + incentives? Does Make you wonder what the Pats were offerring

I think it was not about the money. Owner said that it wasn't money. Said Tom could have named whatever he wanted and they would figure out a way to get there. I think it was just one of those deals where it was time I guess.

Your probably right, it was time for Brady and Bill to part ways. Makes you wonder who is gonna QB the Pats though? BB should make a pitch to get Romo out of the booth (ok i couldn't resist that) i'm just joking everyone nobody get their panties in bunch
