Post them. The reason Dez flames out in Dallas was because he didn’t have a QB that could throw the back shoulder pass, a jump ball or a slant pass that wasn’t too high or behind him. Dez didn’t have that problem with Romo.

Other than when Dak was new to the league & when Amari was new to the Cowboys Dak has been exactly who he is..... AVERAGE!

before you keep insulting people let me ask you this. If Cooper Rush had played the whole season last year, what would Dallas have had as a record.... I have a hard time thinking it would have been worse than 8-8.

If nothing else I would have started Rush over an injured Prescott at Philly. If Dallas had they would have went to the playoffs.

Do any of us really know if Rush sucks??? he has never taken more than a snap or two in the regular season.

Here is the link to a mini 4 minute highlight reel of Dak throws to Dez during 2016.

I counted 4 back shoulder throws in only this mini 4 minute reel which obviously left out most throws thrown by Dak thtoughout the 2016 by itself. There certainly had to have been many more back shoulder throws converted by Dak. That's not including 2017 - 2019 seasons.

To clarify I said I would start Rush over Dak for the Philly game only. The difference is Dallas would have won the division and went to the playoffs..... something that appears to be a big deal for the Dak homers who are still celebrating 2016 & 2018 just by virtue of making it to the playoffs.

The point is we have no idea what Rush is capable of doing. I am not sure if he has even thrown an NFL pass? No one thought much of Prescott.... but you seem to like him. No one thought much of Romo.... but he had a good career. At some point you have to play a guy when the starter is too injured to play to see what he can or cannot do.

The Cowboys must have thought highly enough of Rush to place a 2nd round tender on him.

He knows the offense after being on the team for 3 years, or so you would think, that's valuable, a new guy, even a veteran, wouldn't have any connection with any of the receivers. Is that along worth a second round tender? That'd be something JJ/MM/KM would have decided...
