Does he realize year 2 after the disease is typically better?

obviously the way he was feeling, he must have felt he wasnt' near back where he needed to be. and he definitely doesn't need more exposure while
his immune and nervous system down with what the global crisis we are all are currently fighting.
Tragic as he was both dominant on the field, a leader on the field and locker room and a really great character to boot.
what a loss.

With Looney under center, the Cowboys gave up 50+ sacks.

Dak holds the ball to long, but it's been around 30 with Frederick.

Eeesh.
Was that with Tyron Smith out and Chaz Green at LT?

context matters.

He could very well win the spot. Which is ideal.

Looney is great depth. That would be ideal as looney is under a one year deal. We have McGovern for a few years
Looney is a backup period.

McGovern is a 3rd round pick that hasn’t played football in 18 months. It’s a crap shoot. And now we are forced to depend on Williams at guard coming off a terrible injury. This retirement is as bad as it gets. Despite your laid back attitude about it.

We have a proven commodity in Looney that actually replaced Freddy for an entire season recently. Not a crisis at all especially when you consider that Freddy by his own admission did not play at a high level by his own standards.

The CAP gets treated the same as if he got cut or traded. He will count $11 million against our CAP this year but will be completely off the books next year. Sucks because we could have used that $11 million of CAP space.
Thanks for the info......

Ah ok, Chaz Green was the year before.

Still though, Looney gave up 1 sack in 1,076 snaps in 2018. And by all accounts filled in admirably. He wasn't the problem.

It's not just about what he gave up. The center calls the protections (because Dak can't).

Most of those sacks were on Dak because he holds the ball forever and a day. But every year looks pretty much the same with Frederick. Not with Looney.

Yes he was a huge problem. But yes there were other issues.

lol.....yet dak got sacked 28 times this year. Let me guess but that wasn’t dak right. Lol

typical troll comment devoid of any logic.
