That game is all on Dak. It doesn't matter how open you are if the quarterback can't throw a catchable ball.

A WR with a phantom injury being sidelined in a big moment isn't on Dak. Dak sucked in that game, not surprising, but Cooper did him no favors.

So, you have nothing. Why even attempt to jump in? You have a grudge for losing debates in the past and can't let it go. It's sad and embarrassing to watch.
You've been beaten, we've been over that. I'm much more concerned with your state of mind. How are you really doing?

I thought he got sidelined because of Sanjay Lal. I know Coop was playing injured that game, but the coaching staff pulled him because of a rotation. I still don't get that move.

With that said, I'm starting to question Cooper's toughness. Injuries seem to affect him more than most other players.

Standing on the sidelines on 4th down, coaching decision or not.

But personally I do like the guy.

Saw this..7 games last season with 48 yards or less. In the last 8 games of the season, 2 touchdowns.

In 2018, He had 7 games with 36 yards or less. 5 out of his 7 touchdowns that year came from 2 games. In 2017, 7 games with 48 yards or less with only 3 touchdowns in the first 9 games and 7 touchdowns all season.

So I get the critique. Just name calling is so CZ  Don’t have to get personal with a guy like that

I totally agree with Rex. Spot on. We all have seen Amari disappear. The problem is we've got no other legit #1 on the team. Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, this team needs to address the WR position in the draft...seriously.
If anything, he was a part time turd.....a road turd, or "road apple".

Rex Ryan's 'turd' comment reflects an extinct coaching mentality

Understandably, former Jets and Bills head coach and current ESPN analyst Rex Ryan's comment on Friday morning regarding Cowboys receiver Amari Cooper got Ryan a lot of flak on social media,

<snip>

Ryan then said that the Cowboys should have paid quarterback Dak Prescott instead, and insisted that, because the 2020 receiver class is deep, Cooper is relatively replaceable. Ryan concluded by calling the Cooper deal “a huge mistake.”

There’s a lot to go over in this. First of all, one of the reasons former Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett was fired was his, shall we say, unconventional use of offensive personnel. There were times last season when Cooper wasn’t on the field when he should have been in key moments, and unless Garrett had a specific beef with Cooper’s ability to help the offense in those situations, it’s hard to blame that on the player.

Call a player overrated, say they stink, say they're trash, say they're garbage, tell them they need to lose their jobs.....

But call a player a turd for giving 50% on the field and see how fans recoil and lash out.

Turd in NFL lingo usually refers to the character of the player, not the ability of the player.

I remember PFT used to have a Turd tracker of some kind and listed all the players who were arrested, primarily in the offseason.

I don't know if you are confusing games or what but Dak had 2 Touchdowns and 220 yards that game. :muttley: I think you're confused man......
no its the game he got injured in the first half 2019 regular season..the next week he took the nastiest poo on the field in win and you are in game when the WRs were wide open in the second half..Rush most likely makes one of those maybe 2 big plays downfield.. F that excuse about being injured, if hes so injured that he cant hit WIDE OPEN receivers streaking down the filed, he should have been sat down..i remember those B2B games..
sorry I saw Dak and AC the last 8 games and it was a dumpster fire..

I just hope all Amari haters keep this same energy "through-out" the season next year. Alot of crow is being cooked up at this very moment and "dinner time" will be here soon enough...
