Yes, Zeke's better, and that's why he's our #1 running back, but I'm thankful to have Pollard. I remember how frustrating it was to have a great running back like Emmitt Smith, but then if his backup had to play, he was a scrub like Curvin Richards or Derek Gainer. If Emmitt wasn't playing, we were basically hozed. When Pollard comes in, we know we've still got a good running game while Zeke takes a breather. It's not a signal to the other team's D that we're definitely going to pass. Pollard's doing his job well. He's not as good as Zeke, of course, but he doesn't have to be. If he were as good as Zeke, we would be better off trading one of them away for a #1 draft pick or some other need.
