It's funny, I had the same reaction with the Bucs, I was like "did they even change anything?" Of course, if you look at the old ones for both they actually did change quite a lot. It shows how little I keep up with some of the finer details of other teams jerseys.

They look the same as always for the bucs.

As a traditionalist, I like it. They went away from tradition with the last uniforms. These are plain vanilla, as they should be.

Agree, they should have had an option for the orange pants like when Brian Sipe or something like that was there QB.

They should go back to the 60s Browns logo with the little imp character.

The last ones said "Cleveland" across the front in fairly large lettering.

Looked like something that was available in a Sears catalog in the 70s.

These seem toned down a bit in a time where teams are doing the opposite. Clear case of less is more.

Nike sucks. They want to change things but end up looking like a turd sandwich by just regurgitating versions of the same crap. NBA, NFL, and MLB should have TIMELESS uniforms like the Yankees or Cowboys and STICK to them. You can have a throwback uniform. In NBA they can have more variations but keep the classics. Baseball seems to handle this better by being more conservative but as I say that they have been all over the place lately. The old school 70s Orioles and White Sox unies got to go. In NFL, I want as many teams as possible to have the same style. With the exception of the Cards, Jets, Colts all teams have 3 basic colors with white and then team colors. I want to see the coordination in the helmet, jersey, and pants. Browns jersey should be two colors dark brown and white with letters and striping matching Cowboys white jersey and reverse for home jersey. Browns uni should be the helmet as is with a dark brown stripe. The pants should match the helmet with the color of the helmet with orange and then the same stripe on the helmet down the side of the pants. Don't really need a throwback unless you want to do a white pant version.

Falcons should have throwback Deion era black helmet and uniform with grey pants. New uniforms should be classic with red helmet and new falcon logo with black and white tri stripe down middle, pants should match helmet with black and white offset jersey. Bucs should have creamsicle throwbacks with old helmet. New unis should match first pewter jerseys with smaller flag logo burnt orange and white tri stripe that matches with pants and burnt orange and white jersey. Letters and numbers should be also be classic simple scripts. Let fan and team memorabilia be gaudy and unique and let Nike design the crap out of that. The uniforms should be the IDENTITY of the team. I don't want to see the futuristic crap that is reductive by just stretching this or that. The striping on the Broncos, Titans, and Panthers helmets was the first sign of that crap followed by the now defunct gold fade Jaguars and multi finish Seahawks helmet. I don't want to see that crap. Its a fad. Get to a classic look that works for good. Jerseys sell because of players. Nothing is going to make me buy a Jaguars or Bengals jersey because Nike designed it. TB12 will sell a crap-ton of Bucs jerseys even though they look like crap. WFL, XFL, and internet designers like to play with designs. People watch for the teams.

Or making the same crap worse. The Cowboys always had a green tint to their pants with white uniforms, but once they switched to Nike it became 10 times more vivid. Not a hint of grey anymore. Just ugly to me.

True story. Back in the late 70s my father took me to a Cowboys game at Giants stadium. I was 10 or 11. I asked him, why are the Cowboys wearing those pants? He couldn't answer me. He hated the Cowboys but he knew I loved them so that's why we were there. Truth is, I only saw them on TV. At that time they looked silver/grey. Big shock when I saw them in person. My father was clueless. But at least I got to watch the Cowboys.

Aside: Have always felt a little sorry for professional teams that don't actually have anything but a color for a nickname (Browns), or the color of a piece of clothing (White Sox, Red Sox, Red Stockings, etc), or for that matter, any nickname that doesn't in any way seem imposing or even somehow appropriate/connected to the city (Jazz).
You probably know this, but the connection with the Browns isn't the color, but rather is with their founder, owner and long time coach Paul Brown

they could be called the Jockstraps and have the logo on the helmet. It would help hold the organization together.
