The Dallas FO would be foolish to depend on Aldon Smith Randy Gregory or Crawford to resolve their pass rush deficiencies for them. Neither of them are likely to become the next Robert Quinn. Neither one nor both figure to be a sure-fire replacement for him this year.

It really wouldn't be a bad idea at all, imo, to spend an early pick a DE like K'Lavon Chaisson to resolve their limitations at DE. There's no guarantee that their suspended duo will get reinstated this year in time to help the team, assuming they return at all.

If he wanted to screw us that bad he could have easily suspended Zeke for the Mardis Gras incident, could have investigated the Dallas nightclub incident, could have investigated the Vegas nightclub incident (not much there but regardless), could have suspended him for the security guard incident instead of a little call to the principles office.

Cowboys always get screwed right? Look back at the fines and suspensions over the past 5 years, excluding substance abuse or peds, between the Giants and Cowboys and tell me who’s getting “screwed”. Hint, one team has several more suspensions and fines and it’s not the Cowboys.

You know I can go on and on about this and will if challenged. The point is, every team has been screwed, it’s not exclusive to us so stop the belly aching. Also, it shouldn’t change our draft strategy one bit so it shouldn’t even be an issue to begin with but some fans like to play the “poor us” role. Pathetic. Pick up your straps and move on.
