Wouldn't be surprised to see him traded after this season. Got the new Hoodie-like influence in NY nowadays. For our sake, I hope he breaks the bank!
If you’re an idiot you would surmise that.
Equally idiotic is to try and act like dynamic play-making doesn’t matter.
That’s the problem with some of the Zeke is-the-greatest-RB-ever crowd. You waaaay overplay the importance of first-downs and pass protection (which are all important) and underplay primary aspects that are fundamental at any of the skilled offensive positions (RB, WR, TE): making plays.
You think Zeke converting two first downs on an 80-yard drive that doesn’t result in a TD, is somehow more valuable than a RB breaking one loose for a 65-yard TD run.
Zeke is a fantastic RB, but the argumentation to try and prop him up is laughable.

Not quite sure what point you’re making with the yards after catch?
Holy crapp. Someone thinks 1st downs and pass protection aren't all that important. New low for the site.
1st downs and pass protection are what Brady/Belly have used to win what, 8 super bowls? They love saquons long runs that helped his team to a combined 8 wins in two seasons.
I just don’t see it happening UNLESS the current GM gets fired, which he should have been already. He’s notorious for keeping his own guys and that pick would look even worse if they did trade him.Wouldn't be surprised to see him traded after this season. Zeke never gets hurt, Barkley does. Zeke is the better overall RB but the media likes to hype up Barkley as the next big thing yet he has no rushing titles & zeke would’ve easily had 3 if he wasn’t “Goodelled” his sophomore season.
His catch totals we’re inflated by checkdowns almost always behind the line of scrimmage.
where as Zeke has multiple 70+ yard receiving scores, Barkley’s longest TD catch that wasn’t a trick pass from Odell is a whopping 13 yarder.
The difference is, you can’t hit Barclayhttps://giantswire.usatoday.com/202...UX5PBlH-WJYOA9cxsR6KjLHOu2pSLgjYaazR-nz477Xls

Gettleman is a clown, but if Judge has taken any influence from Belichick and has any say with the roster, Barkley will be shopped, imo.I just don’t see it happening UNLESS the current GM gets fired, which he should have been already. Huh...very interesting take! I guess we’ll hav to wait and see. As dumb as I think it would be for the Giants to resign him, even though I think he’s a great RB, I hope you’re right and I’m wrong. I wouldn’t want to have to face him if he actually had a good O line.Gettleman is a clown, but if Judge has taken any influence from Belichick and has any say with the roster, Barkley will be shopped, imo.
Giants are going to trade back and get multiple picks, imo. They will be looking for a stud defender with that #4 pick and if their guy ain't there (he goes top 2), someone is going to want a shot at one of the QBs. Again, that's the Belichick way. Smart and forward thinking.Huh...very interesting take! I guess we’ll hav to wait and see. Speaking of which, I’ll be curious to see if they go Tackle or Simmons with the first pick. I almost think Gettleman will have to go tackle to protect his other first overall picks or he’ll look even worse. If we already had this conversation, excuse me. Some of these start running together.
As for our other NFCE rivals, Washington is going Young and that defense could potentially be very scary, especially with a defensive guru as their new coach and I think Philthy will most likely go WR.
Zeke isn’t a big play threat?
and Michael Thomas just gets first downs on volume.
amari is the dynamic big play threat who isn’t as consistent.
If you can’t see the comparison, you’re willfully ignorant.
last I checked Zeke has more 70+ and 80+ yard TD scores than Saquon, while being multiples more consistent.
Given the opportunity, they should trade back with all the needs they have but I’ve also read their GM has never traded back. I don’t know how much inout their new coach will have which was a puzzling move in itself.Giants are going to trade back and get multiple picks, imo. There's a lot to take from Bellicheat. Some good some bad. His drafting isn't a thing I'd take from him.Giants are going to trade back and get multiple picks, imo.
