Been busy finishing a construction project. Granite being installed as I type this, but there is always time for good food. For tonight's first round my wife is making some shrimp cocktail with avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro mixed into the horseradish sauce! Keeping it light! She's making Mexican chicken Mole tomorrow with a side of rice and Charro beans. Hitting up Whataburger for Saturday. Hope Jerry doesn't draft Manziel! What's on your plate this weekend? Go Cowboys and be safe my CZ friends!!!

A true mole contains...pepper, chocolate, and some type of nut/grain...and tremendous upon chicken. I like thighs. Charro beans...hoooah!

Now with rice, that's a meal. Thank the wife!!

I like corn tortillas, home made of course...:)

My meal tonight, fish patties with fried shrimp...tater tots. Hopefully with cornbread...and peach tea.

I'd like to long grill pork bellies with a very sweet barbeque sauce...add some scalloped potatoes, and a green been casserole with string green beans, new potatoes, black olives and mixed with a teaspoon of vinegar and sugar. To this, I add a skillet of smoked bacon and sweet vidalia onions.

I conclude with grilled water melon, with olive oil and 30 seconds on opposite sides on a skewer.

I miss these - have been so CRAZY busy that I didn't put together my draft spreadsheet or even look up any players....I hope to be done working to see 8pm est today

food? I think I will get me some BOOYAH burgers (local place - yummy)

Chicken Alfredo, Garlic bread, and some ***** brownies. To drink is a 6 pack of michelob ultra, some coke and crown if the draft picks before us completely go the way I don’t want, and some unknown brand name of tequila my cousin brought me from the boarder of Mexico that knocks you on your butt if we do something really stupid tonight :confused:.

Was talking about this earlier. I don't have my partner in crime this year (ABQJr), virus stuff, and I don't have an of the other kids so........ I'm just going to order a Pizza from a local Pizzeria. It's going to be Pepperoni and Green Chile with extra everything and I'll order up a Calzone and a Salad for the Wife. Couple of cold beers and we are good to go!
