Melonritas and XX to follow. Homemade pickled jalapenos stuffed with crunchy peanut butter and pulled pork nachos with pepper jack, homemade pickled serranos and onions.

Pho on Friday. Just in case we draft a Vietnamese player.

Homemade grilled pizza on Sat. Just in case we draft an Italian player.

I've been on this infusing alcohol kick for the last 4 years and marinating watermelon in tequila for 5 days, straining that and making a Melonrita (capitalizing that because it deserves it) with it is habit forming. Which some might say habit forming is synonymous with alcoholism and I say balderdash. I don't like meetings and can't do that and socially distance anyway. Besides that being socially distant makes me want to drink. Guess we could have a meeting of 9 and I like my odds to get at least 2 of them to backslide and party on the patio. BTW, saw the list of how long this bug can live on surfaces but didn't see cocktail shakers on it so I am considering that safe.

Been busy finishing a construction project. Granite being installed as I type this, but there is always time for good food. For tonight's first round my wife is making some shrimp cocktail with avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro mixed into the horseradish sauce! Keeping it light! She's making Mexican chicken Mole tomorrow with a side of rice and Charro beans. Hitting up Whataburger for Saturday. Hope Jerry doesn't draft Manziel! What's on your plate this weekend? Go Cowboys and be safe my CZ friends!!!
What is up menu family! Haven’t decided yet. Leaning towards white rice and four crackers.

A true mole contains...pepper, chocolate, and some type of nut/grain...and tremendous upon chicken. I like thighs. Charro beans...hoooah!

Now with rice, that's a meal. Thank the wife!!

I like corn tortillas, home made of course...:)
My wife is a valedictorian and honors grad from University of Texas and she still makes homemade tortilla. My mom taught her 30 years ago! Salud!

Right on target with my loose plans from a few days ago. Smoked ribs coming up, cheese, crackers, nuts, pork green chili (left over), other assorted snacks and 2 18” pizzas (have to have leftovers for tomorrow’s hangover).

Just got back from the liquor store with several bottles of red wine and a bottle of single malt, poured a glass of wine and sat my butt down in the recliner watching pre draft shows.

MUST PACE SELF!

Lol, about 98% of my criticism and rants of the ewok have occurred completely sober. I don’t have the energy nor passion to look up stats, articles, etc to defend my position once I have a good buzz.
Lol just getting a rise out of ya..enjoy the evening

Just moved into a new house. No bbq yet. So. Chilli it is

Ya know, if you have some of that shaved lean pastrami or Roast Beef, hook it up with some of that Johnny's French Dip and some minced garlic and butter, throw in some onions, green chile and mushrooms, fry it up, melt some provolone and slap it on a Hoagie Bun.

If you get real religious, cut up some home fries or just go buy a bag of cut up fries, throw them into the micro wave to thaw, cut the bag open, throw in some Garlic and Herb seasoning along with some Olive Oil, and shake the bag up well, toss them on a backing pan and bake them till they crisp up. Just a few minutes and you are there with a world class Draft Meal Bro!
