You seem to not know what a troll is. I don’t care that he doesn’t like Dak, I get it and respect most opinions even if I don’t agree with them. He intentionally posts things to get a reaction, incite an argument and irritate other posters. That’s trolling. He’s a troll.
No, you just take it personal and it triggers you. For some of us, it doesn’t trigger us in the least bit. We consider the ridiculous threads comparing Dak to elite QBs as trolling. It is a difference of opinion that depends on what side of the Dak argument that you fall.

The Cowboys made it to their first Super Bowl during Duane Thomas‘ rookie year. He was selected 23rd overall in the 1970 draft and his selection turned it around for the Cowboys. He was one of the key cogs to the team winning their first championship. The Cowboys won their second championship during Tony Dorsett's rookie year. He paid dividends immediately. Two years after Emmitt Smith was drafted the Cowboys became a dynasty. Zeke is a terrific back but he hasn’t been able to get us out of this up and down funk we’re in. We’re seeing the same pattern now that we saw before he arrived.
Those championship teams not only featured great RB's, they had all time great defenses. The defenses we have had here during the Zeke era have been far from championship caliber.

No, he’s a straight guy that doesn’t cave in to the Dak crowd.
You can still be reasonable without lining up with people that like Dak. That's where PAPPY gets off the rails. He can't simply post that he doesn't think Dak is a quality enough QB to get to the next level, but he rather feels he has to take things to a ridiculous extreme, even to the point of twisting posts that have little or nothing to do with Dak into an excuse to bash Dak. He has suggested before that Dak isn't even good enough to be a QB in the NFL - not just that he isn't good enough to be a starting QB, but to be an NFL QB at all. But even if he were to limit it to "starting QB", I've asked him to name 32 better QB's and he won't even respond.

Reasonable people understand that reality is almost always somewhere in the middle rather than out on the far reaches of the extremes, but he doesn't even consider anything other than the far reaches of the extreme position he takes. THAT'S why he gets so much grief.

The Cowboys defenses in the 90s weren’t all-time great defenses but they were real good. Those championship teams also were led by HOF QBs along with two HOF RBs. Not to mention those championship teams had a couple of great HOF head coaches.

Pappydog is one of the most real posters on here. Says it how it is and I respect that.

Wrong RB. I guess you were born in 2010 and became a Cowboys fan. Here is the pick that got the Cowboys a Super Bowl and back the following year.

Tony Dorsett is the only player to win the Heisman trophy, and win the College National Championship his senior year and Super Bowl his rookie year playing for both championships in the same Stadium.

One of the draft picks the Cowboys got from San Diego for Clint Longley was involved in the trade with Seattle for Dorsett.

Dak was a 4th round pick. Almost a 5th rounder. That is the best pick since 2016. If you want to say who the best player is since then I'd probably say Zeke but ZEke was a 4th overall pick. He's played about where his draft status was. Dak exceeded his.

Oh I agree. CB Brown far exceeded his 6th round status too. I know a 4th overall in a draft should be your best player. But it doesn't always work out that way.
