1) X. McKinney - S
2) A.J. Terrell - CB
3) Darrynton Evans - RB
4) Jalen Hurts - QB
5) Colby Parkinson - TE
5) Alton Robinson - DE
7) Jordan Fuller - S

Final Thoughts:

I do think the Cowboys might take RB. The rumors of Pollard moving to slot would prove
this theory. Swift is possible but will be gone. The LSU RB Helaire might be a pick for similar reasons, however, he might be looked at as a potential slot guy himself with his amazing catch ability.

The Cowboys also scouted 5 WR prospects with a round 2 grade. Mims, PIttman Jr., Hamler, Reagor, Higgins.

Mims or Pittman Jr. could be boundary guys that push Gallup to slot.

Lots of options but it looks like they want offense on Day 2.
I think the heavy Wideout consideration for round 2 means they won't take Ruggs or Jefferson or whomever in round 1. Expect defense tonight.

Random List of all my exotic pet tiger cats:

Ruggs III
Antoine Winfield Jr.
Matos
Chinn
Delpit
Pittman Jr.
D. Duvernay
Asiasi
Collin Johnson

And since when do rumours prove theories?

RB in the 3rd is a terrible idea with all we have invested at the position and everything else we could use.

Why did they scout Swift, Helaire if they didn't think RB was possible?

Every 2nd round wideout (minus pittman) was a slot type fit. You guys seriously don't get it?

Lol well they took a wideout --- i bet you guys are sad your Chaisson pick didnt come through

This is why I never do mock drafts. You end up looking like a complete fool

Lots of people know more than me. But I wasn’t dumb enough to make a mock draft and pick McKinney in the 1st round and Terrell in the 2nd.

McKinney was on Kiper's radar, so if you're calling him an idiot... so be it... he won't last the next ten picks tomorrow.

Terrell at 16 was a major REACH!! 2nd round maybe third round player. Corners are terrible in this draft and
everyone is panicking. Cowboys liked him and I could have seen him at 51, as in my mock, not 17!

Apparently you were wrong. That’s why I don’t do mock drafts. Because I have absolutely no clue how good prospects are. I have a job and can’t spend the hours a hours needed to evaluate players. Go talk to them one on one. See what they’re about. Some of of you guys like to pretend you know what your talking about with your mocks. I just laugh.

Good for you.. glad you have a job! So do I! Who would have thought?! You have a job and you like to poke around making snarky comments.. you definitely have time for that! Must be an easy day at the job??

Are you a 20K post guy really going at me for posting a mock draft in the "Draft Zone"?? Why are you even in the draft section then? I'm sure there's a "I work hard at my day job section??"
