Please get me Delpit, McKinney, Epenesa, or Diggs
I think McKinney is wishful thinking. I don't understand the issue with Delpit. I didn't like him at 17 but I liked him in that 1st round trading down.

If you can get any of the above guys....you like your chances of coming out of this draft with at least 2 potential starters. 2 potential starters who can contribute day 1. And when is the last time we could say that because surely couldn't say it last year or the year before that. I guess you'd have to go back to LVE and Gallup.

We need the "deepest receiver draft in awhile" crowd to come in and rear their ugly heads and take a bunch of them early in the 2nd. There's a few to be had there.

Didn't we only have one player rated higher than Charlton when we took him, a running back? Sometimes pick just don't live up to the value.
I'm not sure but this front office will say anything. It doesn't' shock me they said that. IT may even be true. But I'm not sure what type of ranking they had where they listed Taco over TJ Watt.

Actually now that I remember I Thought I read reports that they wanted a corner there but they felt like they could get corner later on in the draft but couldn't get pass rusher so they drafted Taco earlier. They were right on corner since they got Chido and Lewis but they lost their minds when they drafted Taco.

I still want Epenesa

I know most hate him but i think hed be a great selection.
Just watched him for the first time, been slacking on my draft expertise this year, he's really good and everything you want. Straight shooter, hard worker, strong hands, good push, can hold against the run and great short area quickness, don't care to even look at his measurable, tape shows it all just like CeeDee

Man, YGM, Epenesa , Baun, Winfield, Mckinney, Delpit, Diggs, Johnson, Fulton...the list goes on but i have a feel edge will go fast tonight. Think 2 edge rushers went all of last night...that trend will not continue.

Neville Gallimore could take away my disappointment for not getting Kinlaw.

A lot of talent left me two rounds. Blacklock or Davidson would be great. That RB Evans he has at 83 likely there late tomorrow and I know they were interested.

Even if we draft a cornerback in the 2nd round that sure will be putting alot of pressure on a kid at a really tough position..Even the great corners had problems early on. Teams are going to be throwing so much and often against the Dallas secondary it will look like the Persians blotting out the sun with arrows.

They can sit tight and get their pick. These are there NEEDS. And I believe they pick 17? Factor in all the receivers, running backs and lineman that should go before? They are gonna have a great shot at getting their guy.
What's great is, it's not just needs but will line up with best player available. If we didn't learn anything last night we had to learn McCarthy wants BPA. We will get the BPA and it will be one of these 4.......CB, S, DT, DE. Maybe if Willie Gay is there you might make a case for LB but I have a ton of guys ahead of him still left on the board.

You had Leighton, Williams and Gallup all 3 as starters. I know some hate on Williams but he is progressing towards very solid but he had a ton of hype when Dallas got him in the 2nd that year.

Yeah Williams too. Either way that's the last year we came out with 2 starters. Haven't since. Would do this team wonders to be able to do that again.

That was 2 drafts ago, last year didn't help with the trade for Cooper/ drafting Hill/McGovern getting injured and Pollard playing behind Zeke.

Hopefully there will be a run of WR's early pushing down some of that defensive talent
