Madubuike or Delpit. If a higher rated cb, dt or safety however falls to us I am not opposed of taking the better player.

I usually keep a list of combine interviews/draft visitors. This year was different but here are I think the names on Dallas' board:

Round 2 (No Order)-I think this has to be defense. I think they had McKinney, Gross-Matos and Diggs as 1st rounders.

Zack Baun DE/LB Wisconsin
Marlon Davidson DE Auburn
Grant Delpit S LSU
Trevon Diggs DB Alabama
Kristian Fulton DB LSU
Yetur Gross-Matos DE Penn State
Justin Madubuike DT Texas A&M
Xavier McKinney S Alabama

Round 3 (No Order)- If Asiasi is there I think it's him but I think he is gone.
Devin Asiasi TE UCLA
Terrell Burgess S Utah
Raekwon Davis DT Alabama
James Lynch DL Baylor
Troy Pride Jr. DB Notre Dame
Curtis Weaver DE Boise State

If Diggs or McKinney fall to 45/46 I'd give my 4th rounder (#123) and #51 to move up. I want to keep #82 at all costs. I think Jaylon Johnson and Terrell Lewis are options but I haven't seen Dallas linked to them. Bottom line- I think we will all like whoever they get in round 2. It looks to be a good value pick.

These are the players we need to go high to push guys down to us imo

D'Andre Swift RB
Jonathan Taylor RB
JK Dobbins RB
Josh Jones OT
Ezra's Cleveland OT
Robert Hunt IOL
Lloyd Cushenberry IOL
Tee Higgins WR
Denzel Mims WR
Michael Pittman Jr WR
Jake Fromm QB
Jacob Eason QB
Jalen Hurts QB
Cole Kmet TE

If just 7 or 8 of those go it really helps the talent that we need to drop dall into our laps.

I'm confident Swift, Taylor, Dobbins, Jones, Kmet, Higgins, Pittman, Hurts and Mims are gone by 51. I'd throw Ezra Cleveland in there too.

A couple more names that could help us:

Simpson OL
Shenault WR
Aiyuk WR
Akers RB

Anybody talking about trading up doesn’t know what they are looking at...WAY too much talent left in this draft to be giving up picks.

I’d have no problem doing it with a future pick. There’s a lot of talent but there is a corner I have rated 22 on my board.

I don’t think there is a significant gap between any of Diggs/Fulton/Johnson. Small trade 3-4 spots to get the last 1 I could kinda see. But just don’t give up a top 3 round pick to do it and I’m fine. But really depends on who’s available, no one thought Lamb was going to be there in the 1st, a similar scenario could happen in the 2nd where there’s an overwhelming best available that isn’t in the secondary.

I feel like Miami is accumulating picks and would happily trade a couple to get future ones as they’re otherwise taking 15 draftees.

Also, I see Diggs a several rings better than Fulton.

I don't know how to differentiate the 2, especially with Diggs not running at the combine because the question is his long speed.

If you tell me we'll be zone heavy I like Diggs more.
If you tell me we'll play more man give me Fulton.

Delpit. Honestly this round is still stacked. If we went D line there are many guys I like including my Frog Blacklock
