My grade so far: A.

Could I be giving the Cowboys an A overall? It's been a long while. We typically do little on day 3.

Nailing the premium picks has to count for more than missing on the late round fliers, where you'd expect more variance of opinion in any event. So it would be hard to move me off giving them at least an A- overall, whatever happens today.

If they completely whiff on the 4th-7th rounds I can't be giving them an A or even an A-.

I think it was Broaddus and Bobby Belt who said they can draft all long snappers on Day 3 and still get an A

No Rod things improve , we have three real DT on roster now. Defense is going to better than anyone thinks

Just waiting for us to pick zero edge players then have Goodell not reinstate Gregory and Smith lol

Still some edge players left and for some reason I think Weaver, Robinson or Strowbridge will be there in the 4th

I think we will draft one or two.

I was just being more silly in the fact, we are likely planning on having Gregory and Smith only to have Goodell screw us after the draft

I think both Gregory and Smith will be reinstated. At this rate though DL is becoming crowded. Perhaps they move on from Crawford or lose guys like Jackson and Jelks. I think it's 1 edge guy that gets drafted than maybe another corner, safety, LB or even TE the rest of the way. I wouldn't count out a 2nd WR if the value is there. Maybe a developmental QB as well, Fromm and Eason are still on the board. Eason would be huge value in the 4th or 5th.

I know we have bigger needs, but I would seriously consider Jake Fromm if he’s on the board for us tomorrow.
I think the Washington QB is a better fit. Has a better arm. Fromm had issues throwing it past 10 yards.

Some reason he reminds me a lot of Aaron Murray.

Winner, smart, does everything right. Just not a great NFL arm

Baltimore always seems to get it right. It may not always work out but their drafts just seem to make sense. They typically get good compensatory picks and are able to replace players they lost.

I don’t know much about Queen but he is probably a starter and productive for them. Dobbins is an upgrade over their current running backs and it wouldn’t shock me if he is near the league leaders over the course of his rookie contract. The A&M d tackle is probably a starter down the road as the ravens let older players go over the next few years. And the Ravens typically always find some players to stick in day 3. From where they are picking, they have done a really nice job.

I'm curious why you give Gallimore a C as 3rd round pick

I agree, from everything I've seen and read, Gallimore strikes me as a B for a 3rd rounder. They say he's a great athlete with a non-stop motor and he's disruptive in the backfield.
Sounds like a good addition to our DL.
