Wow, people just don't learn.

The key to any draft is let it come to you, don't chase it. Yesterday was a classic example.

There are many options still available. Don't limit yourself.
It also fell to us in the 2nd round last year too. Even though we screwed it up and drafted Trysten Hill instead of the 4 really good safeties that were there. Don't trade up. I want a starter with that 3rd rounder as well.

Let the board fall how it may. There’s going to be a solid safety that will drop to 51. We just have to be patient and let it play out the way it should, just like you did with lamb.

Delpit will be there

McKinney is a much better prospect, not even close.

Now that we got CeeDee (i'm still freakin hype!) we could go for the Grand slam in also getting McKinney

Imagine walking out with CeeDee Lamb and Xavier McKinney as our first two picks!?

Who is with me! Sometimes you got to make moves!!!

Would you give up both the 2nd and 3rd Rounders to move up for McKinney ?

Delpit can’t tackle but his coverage and range is elite.

Word is injury may have impacted his tackling .........

24. Grant Delpit - S2
Delpit (6’2/213) was a three-year starter and captain at LSU who earned first-team All-American honors as a sophomore and won the Jim Thorpe Award as a junior. He split his snaps between free safety (385), slot corner (316), and box safety (149), and figures to continue playing a versatile role at the next level. He was a downhill attacker against the run and instinctual as a coverage safety when healthy but was slowed by an ankle injury in 2019, which partially explains his horrendous tackling stats. A fiery competitor and leader on the field, Delpit offers Pro Bowl upside as an athletic, versatile safety if his tackling and injuries are cleaned up.

Chiefs wouldn't have Mahomes with that philosophy though. Doesn't apply to all situations but I get where your coming from.

Still stands. Even if we would have waited "until a few picks of us" we would have lost out on at least one, if not two of the guys we ended up drafting. We probably would have lost Biadasz. Or Anae.

So... No thank you. I would not trade one of those guys, along with Diggs for Xavier McKinney.
