I know cap space is tight now, but if the Cowboys get Everson Griffen this will be the best offseason haul for them since Jimmy Johnson was building Hall of Fame rosters here.

I could see them adding a Safety.
I also think its possible they do deep at CB and lighter at Safety. I think 6 CB's and 3 S's is doable

I agree, however, we may have just drafted a similar type pf player which could take us out of the running for having any interest in Matthews. And who knows if he's still interested in playing? I haven't heard much about him either way.

He can play special teams if healthy. I think he brings more to the table than Ventell Bryant.

Griffin and Matthews would make the defense pretty solid. I’d be more than comfortable with it, even if HaHa and Woods are our best safety options. Maybe they bring in one too?
I just don’t know that they feel it is as weak as a lot of us do. It seems like it is the lowest priority on the list of upgrades for the defense.
