A lot of personnel can change in 5 years....

The 2020 Dallas Cowboys Skill Position Starters:

QB: Dak Prescott
RB: Ezekiel Elliott
WR: Amari Cooper
WR: Michael Gallup
WR: CeeDee Lamb
TE: Blake Jarwin

NFL “Skill position” personnel can change In a relative heartbeat.
And perhaps equally important:

2020 Head Coach- Mike McCarthy

I think you’re right, but McFadden ended up being the starter for most of the year. I know DMac rushed for over 1,000 yds that year. Randle wasn’t even on the roster by Nov or Dec because of his off field messes.

Randle starting further amplifies your point of contrast. The team is fully loaded and we should see this team take off. Dak's overall growth + insane weapons surrounding him should equal 30+ points a game from this offense.

Only concern I have is consistency inside the red zone. This may be an area of big improvement because of MM influence.

That was the year after the "no catch" by Dez when we had Murray at RB and Randle said Murray left meat in the bone on his runs. McFadden started playing after game like 4 and ran for over 1000 yards. The teams personnel has changed dramatically. That's today's NFL. Today's cast has a ton of potential. They have to put it on the field
