Now, I should clarify, I am a graphic arts fan and have worked in that field professionally (have recently been learning computer graphics.)
But, there is a difference for me between appreciating a crafted work vs, what I might want to see on the field.
I was reluctant to accept the large stars on the shoulder pads during the Triplets success, but gradually accepted it - but only because the Cowboys were so good!
NFL uniforms and helmets have evolved and will most likely continue in keeping with the times and the fan's money in the NFL coffers.

I like the first 3 you see, Jags, Bucs, Titans. Those are sweet. Not a fan of the Cowboys. Should've made the helmet a matte grey, thin line on the star. Blue mask maybe. Or some type of gradation like the Jags Bucs. Giants Colts Pack.. didn't like at all. Nice job overall though.
