What Grade would you give McCarthy so far?

What grade would you give McCarthy since taking over, from the hiring of staff through FA and the draft?

Personally I give him an A

I was rough on him at first. I did not accept him with open arms. After that he hasn't stopped kicking ***. A+

Given that current stats say there is a sharp rise in drug use, alcohol consumption and spouse abuse since the virus arrived..

I say Big Mike is doing fine.

He is hiding in the bunker called the Star.

Big Mike just emailed me and asked me if I believed in UFOs?

I said "Take me to your leader"

He replied.."which one, Will Clay or Stephen?"

I didn't reply yet.

He's doing fine it looks like.

He gets an A from me so far.

I love the new culture change that he has brought in. I love what he has done with the coaching staff overhaul. And I love the draft that McClay and he put together.

It's still early and am curious to see him back on the field, but there's definitely an excitement around this team that I haven't genuinely felt in some time since during the Garrett era you always knew how the season was going to end.

It seems like that year away from the NFL really helped to reenergize him as well which will hopefully be our gain.

Love the enthusiasm. McCarthy will be a quantum leap from Garrett who will be exposed as a total fraud. I give Big Mike an incomplete. Can’t grade him until we see him in a game.

MColombo gets booted so Philbin can pretend to coach the best OL in the NFL. Pray he doesn’t jack things up.

I give him an A at this point. He’s done everything opposite of what the previous regime did. Focused on weak points like the interior DL, some solid DBs, emphasis on turnovers, and importantly, saying players over scheme.

He’s what we wanted in a coach for years. How they’ll do on the field is a different story. I’m quite confident it’ll be successful though.

^ This. He has played a role in drafting quality talent. The grade evaluation is made upon how he applies the assembled talent both correctly and optimally on the field.

I, incomplete. I am not crazy about his hire at DC, the problem on the team besides ST and he made a good hire there.

McC at this time is like Booger saw Aikman, he looks good in the shower.
