The difference?

Romo's production usually from previous year to new season despite those stupid threads got better.

Zeke hasn't been as good as he was his rookie year since. And...well..he's obviously gotten bigger. Do you actually want to debate that?
YES did you see him walk out of the shower and onto a scale? if not **** dude, you dont know his actual playing weight from 2016 until now no one does..ive many angles he loos the same and others he looks klike that..thats not fat that relaxed picture not flexing or stretched out, stupid BS narrtives.. GROW UP

so stop debating a Elite premium NFL pro sports running backs weight when you dont know squat!!
Sad all you have time to debate is a gown mans weight.. SAD

Mass is a function of density, not size. He looks discernibly larger in the bottom photo. Perhaps it's just the lens?:)
It makes sense.

He is not 21 anymore.

Do you still look like you did at 21?

He is taking a pounding.

Putting on some weight to absorb some of the wear and tear is not a shock.

I also think as the season goes on..these guys lose weight and slim down is they remain healthy.

Pollard still plays for us. Nobody obcessing about him.

Bet he comes in 15 lbs more than last year..watch..

Maybe he was trying to match his gut to the fat, overweight contract he got.

Don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll go back on the cocaine diet he was on in college and lose it in a few weeks.

Zeke Needs to get back down to his rookie playing weight. The extra weight hasn't added any additional power and definitely hurt his speed. As a rookie, he could run over dudes and out run guys. Whichever was needed. Looks like Zeke's been on the Eddie Lacy Diet. Hotdogs. Hot Pockets and Chocolate Pie.

Obviously he’s not fat.

but I do think he should try to trim some of that body mass if possible. He’s still a beast. But I do think he was quicker and faster his first couple years.

There are always backs who come into the league and get bigger to add more power. I think Elliott sees himself as more of a power back than a finesse back so it would be natural for him to lean toward gaining size. It's really up to the coaches/conditioning staff to tell them when they have gone too far.

If he's not going to be a big play back, and he's not going to make people miss with moves, then fatten him up and make him a better battering ram.
