Pressure in the sense that we now have an actual QB in the room who, if Dak waffles all offseason on the deal, can start on opening day if absolutely needed.

We had zero leverage with Cooper Rush as our only chip. Are we better with Dalton than Dak? Absolutely not. But at least we have someone.

This is a win win for both sides. Either Dak will sign the deal or he gets heat from Dalton through TC. Competition brings out the best in players.

I'm extremely indifferent on #4, but the high hopes I have for this team this year all include him being the starting QB. It doesnt work any other way at the moment.
